Go! Halloween Team Report!

 We look forward to racing in the Go! St. Louis Halloween races every year! This year we came out in full force and put on a heck of a show! The weather was nearly perfect for racing which rewarded our athletes who have been working extremely hard in the heat and humidity these last 4 months! We took home a lot of age group pies and PRs. 5k Results: John Fischer 17:47  (15 second PR + 3rd overall + 3rd in AG) Matt Temple 19:04 (40 second PR + 8th overall + 1st in AG) Erin Lanham 25:49 (10 second PR) Carole Travis 27:04 (1st 5k with us! + 1st in AG) 10k Results: Sonny Ta 40:05 (40 second PR + 2nd in AG) Jackson McNeal 40:10 (1st race with us! + 2nd in AG) Grant Lanham 41:35 (1 min PR + 3rd in AG) Stephanie True 44:33 (1st in AG after marathon PR two weeks ago!) Cecilia Pascual 45:11 (doubled her 5k from month ago!!! + 1st in AG) Mohammad Bahmani 48:20 (2nd in AG! + 1st race back post marathon PR) Corey Franklin 49:24 (season best time in 5k & 10k + is healthy and ready for more!) Kristen Armstrong 50:34 (5k & 10k PR!) Kathryn Weigel 50:51 (7 second PR) Marcie Schumert 52:01 (Healthy & consistently trained for this!!!) Kris Kammerer 57:51 (1st 10k with us & doubled her 5k from a month ago!) Bill Burke 58:12 (Great 10k a week after conquering the Chicago Marathon!) Denise Buehrer 1:05:46 (1st 10k with us & doubled her 5k from a month ago!) Pam Watson 1:11:16 (used it as a training run!) Half Results: Tom Fischer 1:27:22 (second fastest half + 2nd in AG!) Emily Keeter 1:40:34 (used it as a marathon training run + first run with us!) Stephanie Detwiler 1:44:06 (4th fastest half + ran it at marathon pace as she prepared for Philly full!) Johnny Tiet 1:44:14 (4th fastest half + ran it as a workout for upcoming Indy Half!) Jill Will 2:01:59 (used it as a marathon training run for Indy full)  *Spewak Training coaches are accepting new clients.
