What do I do if I miss a workout due to bad weather?

Because of the bad weather I missed my workout yesterday.  How bad is this for my training and should I make it up today?

"Because we are not professional runners things get in the way of our training.  Life happens, weather problems, etc. This journey as a runner that you are on in is not just for a day, a week or even a month. You have to think globally, it is the sum of your training that counts.  So yes it's ok to miss a workout or a long run sometimes and no you don't have to make it up the next day.  Sometimes we get so locked into a training plan that when we have to make adjustments to it we panic.  Remember to think globally one or two days will not destroy your training!" -Coach Crowe
