Hmmm there are so many that I am proud of and equally as disappointed in - and the crazy thing is, sometimes these races were only a few weeks apart! My proudest race would probably be outdoor SEC's with the Arkansas Razorbacks my senior year of college. This was one of those races that felt almost like an out of body experience because I just felt so confident the last 600 meters of the race and ended up with an SEC record and title. I had been working with a Sports Psychologist all season to become a more confident runner, so it was fun to see all the work pay off!Where is your favorite place to run? Honestly, I love Forest Park and Castlewood. But I've grown to love the Trolley Trail in Kansas City, MO as well. What's your favorite running shoe? Saucony by far! Are you a morning or night runner? Hmmm I'm more of an evening runner, but I am trying to switch (and have been for years) to being a morning runner.
